Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or participating in contests on Radix Arena ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Radix Arena is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted uptime during scheduled contests, we do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or immune to technical glitches or server overloads.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radix Arena and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or contest services.

Eligibility and Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are solely responsible for all activities, submissions, and actions taken under your account.

Contest Policy

Integrity is fundamental to Radix Arena. By participating in any contest, you agree to strictly follow our contest policy:

• Unless explicitly specified as a team event, all contest submissions must reflect your own work.
• You may not use unauthorized third-party assistance during contests to provide assistance to yourself or other contestants, including but not limited to AI tools (e.g. LLMs, automated solvers), unauthorized software, physical or online resources, or communication with other individuals.
• Violations may result in disqualification, forfeiture of ratings, and potential temporary or permanent account suspension. We reserve the right to penalize any user at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel specific questions from contests when deemed necessary by us, at any time. All contestants are awarded full mark for any cancelled questions.

Intellectual Property Rights

All contest problems, materials, platform designs, code, logos, and graphics are the exclusive property of Radix Arena or its content licensors. You may not redistribute, sell, or publish problems without prior written consent.

By submitting a response to a contest, you grant Radix Arena a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, evaluate, display, and archive your submissions for platform operation and educational analysis.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Interfere with, reverse engineer, or attempt to compromise the integrity, security, or performance of the Platform or its judging systems.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or scripts to access or extract data from the Platform.
• Create, upload, or display any inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content within any user-accessible fields, including but not limited to your account name, your username and your avatar.

Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform's integrity.

Modification to Terms

Radix Arena reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. When the Terms is updated, users are notified when they access the Platform and have to click "Proceed" to continue using the Platform.
